STT is the entity that determines the means and purposes of the processing of personal data described in this Policy and is therefore the data controller (within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679).

A. Strictly necessary - these cookies ensure the normal operation of the website by allowing the existence of basic functions, such as page navigation and access to the primary sections of the site. The site cannot function in the absence of these cookies.

__cfruid. Cloudflare sets this cookie to identify trusted web traffic. Expires per session. A primary cookie.

__hssrc. This cookie is set by Hubspot whenever it changes the session cookie. The __hssrc cookie set to 1 indicates that the user has restarted the browser, and if the cookie does not exist, it is assumed to be a new session. Expires per session. A primary cookie.

__hssc. HubSpot sets this cookie to keep track of sessions and to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. Expires per session. A primary cookie.

 

B. Regarding preferences - they allow the site to retain information that changes the way the site looks or behaves, such as the language of expression of the site or the region in which the user is located.

 __hstc. Hubspot set this main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session). Expires after 5 months 27 days. A primary cookie.

hubspotutk. HubSpot sets this cookie to keep track of the visitors to the website. This cookie is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when deduplicating contacts. Expires after 5 months 27 days. A primary cookie.

CONSENT. YouTube sets this cookie via embedded YouTube videos and registers anonymous statistical data.Expires after 2 years. A 3rd party cookie: youtube.com

 

D. Marketing - are used to track the user along the sites. Their purpose is to show ads / ads that are relevant and attractive to each user and therefore provide more advertising for publishers and third parties who advertise.

yt-remote-device-id. YouTube sets this cookie to store the user's video preferences using embedded YouTube videos. Expires never. A 3rd party cookie: youtube.com.

yt.innertube::requests. YouTube sets this cookie to register a unique ID to store data on what videos from YouTube the user has seen. Expires never. A 3rd party cookie: youtube.com.

yt-remote-connected-devices. store the user's video preferences using embedded YouTube videos. Expires never. A 3rd party cookie: youtube.com.

yt.innertube::nextId. YouTube sets this cookie to register a unique ID to store data on what videos from YouTube the user has seen. Expires never. A 3rd party cookie: youtube.com.

IDE. Google DoubleClick IDE cookies store information about how the user uses the website to present them with relevant ads according to the user profile. Expires after 1 year 24 days. A primary cookie.

 

E. Performance – monitor website performance and follow user actions. They do not collect identifiable user information.

 

_ SERVERID. This cookie is set by Slideshare's HAProxy load balancer to assign the visitor to a specific server. Expires per session. A primary cookie.

 

3. How can you manage cookies?

You have the option to accept the use of all cookies, an action that will allow you to access all the functions of the website, without restrictions.

6. What is the term for which we keep your personal data?

We will keep the data collected through cookies for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, including meeting legal, accounting or auditing requirements.

Sometimes we may need to keep a copy of your personal information for a longer period of time, for example, in the event of an incident, to investigate a security breach or to comply with legal requirements. We will not store your information longer than necessary. In all cases, your personal information will be securely destroyed after the expiration of the retention periods described above.

The STT team works to ensure that your requests are answered as quickly as possible, but the response time varies depending on the complexity of the request. The deadline for resolving requests is 30 days.
