The platform they developed uses Machine Learning to understand the information contained in any type of document and to then process it for the benefit of customers. The companies save time and can have employees work on things other than data entry.
Once the system has learned, it never forgets. More importantly, it learns from possible errors of association or interpretation, which is when people can better intervene to change the course of the software.
